You probably can feel or sense that in this unique and unusual “Season,” there are specific opportunities for deepening spiritual understanding, increasing spiritual intimacy with yourself and with God, the (re) opening of your heart to spouses or family members, and deeper spiritual and emotional healing that needs to occur. This is why our 3rd and final mini-Retreat topic is: FORGIVE
We’ve had two previous mini-Retreats, with mini-Retreat #1 being on the topic RESET, #2 being on the topic of RECONNECT, and now, on the topic of FORGIVE!!! In the FORGIVE Mini-Retreat, the final one of this 3-part Series, we are extending the invitation to the men in our lives and making it CO-ED. This includes inviting husbands, fathers, uncles, co-workers, brothers, male friends and associates, etc.
Forgiveness transcends religion and is an essential part of how we heal, restore, and stay in wholeness as human beings. It is a SPIRITUAL TOOL that is to be an integral part of our lives.
Again, there is NO COST to register, and you will have the opportunity to give a Love Offering afterwards, if you choose.
We are opening this 3rd and final mini-Retreat up to men – it’s that important.
However, we’ve found that many people know SOME about the CONCEPT of forgiveness but very little about the Forgiveness Process itself, or the steps involved. Too many of us have been incomplete in our forgiveness work, if we’ve done any at all, or we’ve been “cherry-picking” only select parts of the process.
We’ve found that most of us have a vague and very distant relationship to forgiveness, and even hold a lot of misconceptions or wrong understanding about forgiveness. Many of us have received false or faulty information about forgiveness, which contributes to our avoidance of ACTUALLY engaging in forgiveness work and the forgiveness process.
It is time to put an end to the confusion, denial, and avoiding and minimizing the necessity for forgiveness. And we’re doing it, together, on Saturday, May 9 in the FORGIVE Mini-Retreat.
