Ladies – It’s been on my heart and mind for nearly a year now, and now it’s time.
I continuously get requests for this as I travel the country, and now it’s time.
I thought that I was supposed to wait until the end of next year (2014) to offer this experience, after my new national book comes out. But now it’s time.
It’s time for me to offer an exclusive, Personal Healing, Restoration and INpowerment Retreat Weekend, for a select and intimate number of women BEFORE this year is out, at a very special place – at the home of a phenomenal woman that is near and dear to my heart – my mentor of 15 years – Dr. Maxine Mimms.
This exclusive weekend retreat experience takes place from Friday November 1 at 2:00pm to Sunday November 3, 201, at 5:00pm is aptly named “SANCTUARY.”
I am sharing both Dr. Maxine’s space with you and I’m also sharing her with you, in the flesh – my 85-years-young mentor of 15 years……Dr. Mimms is one of the wisest, truthful women I know. She has been a large part of my personal growth and spiritual development journey.
Who is SANCTUARY for?
This experience is for a small, select group of FIVE women who are READY for personal healing and restoration, like you’ve never experienced it before.
A small, select group of five (5) women will be the centerpieces of the weekend….
We’ll be overlooking the shore of Puget Sound in pristine Shelton, WA (90 miles outside of Seattle, WA) at the Mimms Private Retreat home, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Shelton rainforest, under a canopy of vibrant trees, the waves of the Puget Sound gently lapping at the seashore, and happily chirping birds. Can you say Aaaaaah.
What is Included
Everything will be taken care of for you……all meals and snacks ….. your overnight accommodations at the Private Retreat Home….. ground transportation to and from the Retreat home….. your four INpowerment sessions (including one that will take place in the indoor sauna) and as a bonus, the presence of Dr. Maxine Mimms herself.
In addition, you’ll receive a Gift Bag with some lovely goodies and a journal. (Not included: Airfare not included, additional overnight stays at the Radisson Hotel before and after the Retreat, if desired, are not included)
This weekend is all about you, and being present to the experience. So no technology, no TV, no internet, and cell phones turned OFF.
Features of the Weekend
SANCTUARY will feature a weekend of healing, renewal, four INpowerment sessions, spiritual renewal, truth-telling, liberating dialogue, conscious connection with other women, mental, emotional and physical restoration; transformation, and tasty whole and healthy food….a once in a lifetime experience where you will be showered with spiritual nourishment, tender loving care and attention by me and my staff assistant, and will partake in transformational sessions that will change you and your life.
SANCTUARY should be treated as a life-changing, personal rites of passage experience. It is for women that are ready to live a more truly authentic life, who are ready to set themselves free from remnants of self-criticism, self-condemnation, self-doubt and self-judgment; and women who are ready to lean more fully into their purpose. It is for women who want to liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and toxic thinking, and experience new levels of FREEDOM, self-expression and fulfillment in their lives. It is for women who know that they have a big calling on their lives and want to remove any hindrances or obstacles that are impeding the fuller expression of their power, creativity and contribution of gifts.
The weekend begins at 2:00pm PST on Friday November 1, 2013, when you are picked up from the pick-up point at the Airport Radisson Hotel near Sea-Tac Airport, and completes at 5:00pm PST on Sunday, November 3, 2013 when you are returned to the Airport Radisson Hotel near Sea-Tac Airport.
The INpowerment sessions will focus on the themes of:
Sacred Self-Care
Prayer, Meditation
Sacred Silence
Healing & Forgiveness
Gratitude
Renewal, and
Deep Relaxation
I don’t know WHEN I’ll be offering something like this again, so I invite you to take action on this if it’s for you.
How to Apply
We are very serious about who is part of this exclusive experience. We recognize that an experience like this isn’t for everyone.
Most women are not quite ready for this type of experience because they have not done enough foundational self-work and spiritual growth work. This is why you have to apply to be considered.
Having a foundation of personal growth and spiritual development already in place means that you are engaged in self-development; that you are engaged with books, seminars, tele-seminars, personal coaching, classes, webinars, courses, programs, mind/body work, wellness, complementary medicine, trainings, mastermind groups, personal prayer and meditation, certifications, collaborations, partnerships, or conscious communities with others that support developing spiritual/God awareness, being truthful, living in integrity and truth, and being accountable, for example. If any of these are true for you, then we invite you to apply.
Review the rest of the details about the weekend and then submit an application. Applications are due by Friday, September 6, 2013, by 9:00pm / EST. No exceptions.

Selected participants will be notified on Monday, September 9, 2013 by 6:00pm PST/9:00pm EST, via email.
There will also be two Alternates notified, in the case that spaces becomes available. Alternates will be notified by Tuesday September 10, 2013 at 9:00pm PST.

First things first
Here’s the steps you’ll need to take to apply and be considered as one of our select participants.
1. Complete and return your application
2. Application Deadline: Friday, September 6 at 9:00pm PST/Midnight EST
3. You’ll be notified by email, and also notified if you’re an alternate. (we’ll have 3 alternates).
4. Your Confirmation Letter, Retreat Agreement, and Payment Authorization will be emailed to you once you officially accept your notification. They are all to be returned by September 20.
5. Your final Retreat Preparation Details Letter will sent to you with all the final details for your weekend experience, two weeks prior to the Retreat.
6. Your deposit and/or installments will be processed from our office.
7. You will be contacted by a team member to review your travel arrangements to/from the pick-up /drop-off point in the Sea-Tac Airport area.

A life-changing experience…..
