What are the important Numbers to Know in your business? Learn how to determine Break-even points, set proper pricing in your business, and forecast your quarterly and annual numbers.
Learn how to establish a basic quarterly and annual strategic plan, how to determine Revenue Goals, and how to use the Revenue Calendar Tool to create a Map for planning and tracking your sales/revenue growth.
Debrena Jackson Gandy, Owner of Masterminds, of a 25-year old organizational and personal development company, is the developer, designer, and Lead Trainer of the Masterminds Business Uplevel System, and the Business 101 and 102 Training. Additionally, she’s a nationally published best-selling author of three books, and a Master Life Coach with over 5,000 clocked coaching hours. Her business clients include Fortune 500 companies; non-profits; federal, state, and city government, top universities and colleges, and small and microenterprise businesses. She’s been a business coach to over 200 small business owners and has provided training to nearly 450 small and microenterprise business owners.
She was also Project Team Lead for two highly successful business grant initiatives, the ELEVATE D I. D. (Direct Impact Dollars) Initiative, and the Ezell’s Famous Chicken R. U. B. B. (Raising Up Black Businesses) Business Grant Initiative.

Edward Newbins, Owner of Abstract Digs and the Motivated Life Institute, is Project Manager, Technical Support and Trainer. Newbins has a Master’s in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, with expertise in business, marketing and brand development, trademark research, technology management, project management, and supply chain management.

Space is VERY limited and registration is closing once we reach 60 participants.
First come, first served.
You will need to be able to dial in 10 minutes early to both parts of the training so that we can start promptly, for both sessions (sessions will be via Zoom).
Registration will close once the maximum of 60 participants is reached, or on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 – whichever comes first.
All participants will be required to complete an evaluation at the end of the second session.
Once you register, you will receive a Confirmation email prior to the Training. You will then be sent a Final Email with your Workbook and the Zoom link a few days prior to Part 1 of the training.
