I’m thrilled to share HOLISTIC SUCCESS with you, my BRAND NEW 12-month transformational Whole Life Elevation Program.
Amazingly, it was nearly 15 years ago that I was divinely inspired with the “seed” for this new transformational Program, but I wasn’t released to plant it, until now.
Why Now?
I’m clear that it is for “such a time as this.” It is more critical than ever that we level up our transforming, healing and elevating work, TOGETHER, especially in light of the national-level leadership change occurring in this country
For far too many women, and especially Black women, our minds, bodies, spirits, hearts, energy, wombs, and relationships (family, friendships, love relationships, marriages) have been yearning for for a NEW NORM for living and BE-ing that yields more EASE, JOY, PEACE and FLOW.
In the Holistic Success Program, you will be introduced to a “New Mode” of success based upon a) living and BE-ing a Juicy Woman, and b) HOLISTIC Success vs HOLLOW Success.
The “Old Modes” are no longer working; they’re yielding diminishing returns, and they’re wearing us out. It’s time to step into new paradigm for success, and for living, loving and BE-ing as a woman.
Both of these are available to you in the Holistic Success Program.
My signature programs are all about transformation, not just information or motivation. This means healing, releasing, pruning, purifying, and detoxing old mindsets, old constricting and damaging beliefs, and toxic patterns of thinking, and behaving, in order to replace them with the new paradigm for living, BE-ing and achieving success.
The Path to this Program
What began as a nationally published best-selling book, then continued with my courses and programs, has become a transformational Movement to shift women out of “rippin and runnin, negative self-sacrifice” mode and into a Mode that yields more joy, peace, ease and FLOW.
It was 15 years ago that I debuted my first signature transformational cohort program. This Movement had its genesis with my first book, Sacred Pampering Principles, published over two decades ago. It was one of the vanguard books that established the concept of self-care and SACRED self-care firmly in the minds, hearts, lives and LANGUAGE of Black women.
The Movement gained steam with my first transformational cohort program offering (the Mentorship & Manifestation Circle, “M & M Circle” for short) fifteen years ago, then elevated again six years ago with my first 12-month Life Transformation Program – Juicy Woman Universe-ity, and now, as we enter into 2025, it is elevating again with the Holistic Success Program.
This Holistic Success program is part of this Movement to usher women into a New Mode of living, loving and BE-ing, and leave the “Old Mode” of Hollow Success behind.
Holistic Success is a refreshing, spiritually-based, truth-centered, and divinely inspired approach and framework for achieving and experiencing success that is ALIGNED with your Feminine Essence, your unique spirit as a Black Woman, with spiritual laws, and Kingdom Truths that are timeless and non-changing.
Holistic Success is designed to EXIT YOU OUT of the “Old Modes” of living, characterized by these three main Syndromes (more on these below), that have tended to plague Black women, and introduce you to a new way to think about, approach, and experience success.
You will learn how to apply the Holistic Success Formula and the 7 Holistic Success Premises in ALL key areas of your life, and most importantly, be introduced to a “New Mode” of success based upon HOLISTIC SUCCESS and not HOLLOW SUCCESS. The Holistic Success premises, principles and practices HONOR your feminine mind, body, spirit, heart and energy, and ALIGN with spiritual laws and Kingdom Truths. And most importantly, Holistic Success aligns with HOW YOU ARE MADE AS A WOMAN. It works with your feminine essence instead of against it. Holistic Success is the type of success a Juicy Woman experiences and manifests.
Hollow Success is what I call the existing Western-American “norm” for success that has prevailed for centuries in this country. Hollow Success is an “Old Mode” that will keep you constantly chasing, and striving.
It’s time to extract ourselves OUT of this and other “Old Modes” that are wearing us down and wearing us out, in exchange for a more holistic, honoring, approach to success that is in line with how you’re MADE as a woman, and especially, how we’re made as Black Women.
The Holistic Success premises, principles and practices HONOR your feminine energy, and ALIGN with spiritual Truths.
By the way, melanin, is an active part of this New Mode, and one of your Holistic Success Superpowers.
Instead of the “Old Mode” that I’ve nicknamed “R. E. B. O. O,” of Rippin’ and runnin,” Efforting, constant Busy-ness, Over-doing and feeling Over-whelmed, the “New Mode” that is the basis of Holistic Success can be considered the “J. W. O. S” – the Juicy Woman Operating System. It operates according to NEW and DIFFERENT core premises, principles and practices.
Re-aligning your life with the Holistic Success premises, principles and practices gives you an experience of deep satisfaction and fulfillment, deeper joy, peace, ease and FLOW, and a life that works well and harmoniously – in ALL areas, not just one or two areas.
It’s time to Release our “Syndromes.”
In my work with tens of thousands of Black women over these past 20 years, as a transformational coach, speaker, and best-selling author, and through the over 100 seminars, courses, programs, retreats, and summits I’ve designed and led, I’ve found that there are THREE main “old mode” syndromes (there are at least 10 of them) that Black women have taken on….and they MUST be retired. For too many of us, these Syndromes have worn us down and worn us OUT!
For too many of us, our souls are tired and our spirits are depleted.
These three main “old mode” syndromes are:
Historically, these three Syndromes have been operating in step with other “Old modes” such as the Negative Self-Sacrifice Mode and the Constant Do-ing Mode. And for many of us, these are the only Modes we’ve known. Up until now.
We must release these Syndromes. They’ve defined us long enough.
Spirit: How to fill and renew your spirit, and maintain its fullness
Mind: How to clear your mind, “think straight” and be a wise decision-maker
Body: Elevate your relationship with your body
Heart: Re-open your heart, experience more emotional and spiritual freedom, and experience an increase in your magnetism.
Energy: How to more wisely manage your energy and increase the power of your Personal Presence
Order: How to establish “in order” within yourself, in your “inner spaces,” and also in your “outer world.”
Relationships: leveling up the dynamics within family and extended family, in friendships and with men, for more harmony and satisfaction
Money/Finances: increasing your prosperity consciousness, and becoming a wiser steward of your money
Communication: the major tool of influence, how to bring your Voice forward in your life, and become more powerful in your verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal communication, in life, love, family, work, community, and business
Leadership: increase your awareness and understanding of feminine leadership – what it looks like, how it’s different from masculine styles of leadership (which is what most of us know), and how to move in feminine leadership in life, love, family, work, community, and business.

Yes, Black women are hungry for spiritual truths, true wisdom, “tried and tested” coaching, guidance and mentoring, elevated teachings, to be FREE, and to be in a TRUE community. Indeed, Black women are hungry for truth and FREEDOM. In the words of my sisterfriend, Affirmation Artist, Toni Jones – “I won’t bend and fold into shapes that don’t fit my truth…I’m tryin’ to be in a true place…” We want to be in a true place.
Holistic Success aligns with HOW YOU ARE MADE AS A WOMAN. It works with your feminine essence instead of against it. Holistic Success is the type of success a Juicy Woman experiences and manifests. The Holistic Success premises, principles and practices also ALIGN with Kingdom spiritual Truths.
While in Debrena’s Programs, participants have experienced a wide range of visions fulfilled and manifestations.
Here’s a small sampling:
One sistah, who participated in several programs, had the long-standing vision of being engaged and ultimately being a wife and mother. She was able to release and replace old beliefs and resentments, and re-open her heart, and now she is in a new juicy marriage, and she and her new husband have a beautiful new son.
Another participants had a vision to leave corporate America, change up her hectic lifestyle, and passionately pursue her purpose work. She cleared away five figures of old debt, was able to have a new home built in a different state, relocated there with her hubby, and got certified as a transformational coach. She’s now in a new chapter of her life, and she’s launching her new coaching business
Another had the vision of getting her doctorate, and she did. Now she does healing circles with Black women and has taken her therapy practice to a new level.
Another participant had a vision of embracing her art, “owning” that she’s an artist, and sharing her art “with the world.” She launched her art, and now is an award-winning artist.
Another participant had a vision to write a book, after the seed was planted at one of our live summit weekends. Now her new book is a reality and she is booking trainings and speaking engagements based upon the topic of her book.
Another participant had resigned herself to being in a juicy love relationship, but had a vision of being in a juicy love relationship. She started to be consistent in her daily prayer and meditation time with God (one of the practices of a Juicy Woman), and everything in her life started to shift for the better, including attracting a juicy new love relationship with a wonderful man that adores her.
One participant had a vision of that her relationship with her mother be restored. They had a long-standing rift, and she and her mother weren’t speaking. Through the healing & forgiveness work she did while in the program, she was able to re-open her heart to her mother, and their relationship is at a new level.
One participant had a long-standing vision of starting a make-up company, and she launched it (One of the lipsticks from her line is a fave of mine)
Another participant has a vision of her marriage of over 20 years being restored, after a major breakdown and breach of trust. She was able to be diligent in her heart re-opening work, and now she has a renewed and restored marriage that is the marriage of her dreams, and juicy-er than ever.
Another participant had a vision of her body temple with less weight on it, and being more fit and trim. She leveled up her relationship with her body to that of body temple (the type of relationship a juicy woman has with her body), and she’s “released” 25 pounds, reshaped her body, and feels better than ever.
Another participant had a vison of “being in her Woman” instead of “being in her Girl” (a Juicy Woman is “in her woman”) and attracting a juicy love relationship. She did the healing work to clean out old “gunk, fund and junk,” transformed her mindset to more fully embrace her power and her beauty and, as a result, transformed her appearance. In the process, she attracted a juicy love relationship with a man that fully supports her dreams and her career.
Another participant had a rollercoaster relationship with money – “feast and famine.” She had a vision of being able to have a surplus of money consistently. After being guided through “several rounds” of healing work around her money beliefs and their connection to her self-worthiness, she was able to break the cycle and now has secured a permanent job making the most money per month she’s ever made in her life.
Another participant had a vision of more fully embracing her beauty. She cut her hair, started wearing more dresses, wearing make-up, and adorning herself. She looks like a new woman!
Another participant had a vision of breaking through a revenue goal she’d had for 20 years, in her business, to being a six-figure business. She was able to identify, release, and replace limiting beliefs that were interfering with this vision fulfillment. Now, she’s a six-figure business owner.

Again and again participants report how the space of Debrena’s programs is rare and refreshingly different because they are distinguished by:
There are at least 15 important differences between Hollow Success and Holistic Success.
Here’s at least 15 of these differences, to contrast the “Old Mode” of Hollow Success with the “New Mode” you’ll learn in Holistic Success.
The Holistic Success Program also has a Leadership Track within the Program, that offers additional benefits, perks and bonuses, and advanced teachings for grads of select previous DJG programs and courses (more on this further below).
But if you aren’t aware of this, this superpower will remain dormant, un-activated, and un-utilized.
You’ll notice that one of the differences under the right side of the columns mentions melanin. YES, melanin!
Melanin is the complex pigment and “divine substance” in your skin, organs, and also found in the higher atmospheres beyond our Earth’s ozone layer. BUT, did you know that melanin has spiritual properties?
If you’re not tapping into your Melanin Superpower, it’s high time that you do.
YES! Melanin is a Superpower that gives you multiple Spiritual Advantages. (More on this in the Program). But for now, KNOW that in the Holistic Success framework, melanin is NOT disparaged, nor a mark of falsely conditioned disdain or inferiority, but the very opposite – it is recognized as having dormant powers that can be “activated.”
And when you activate it as a woman, inspires spontaneous acts of generosity and contribution from others, it attracts divine synchronicities, empowers you to magnetize with ease, and enables you to manifest in your life, without so much “efforting,” FORCING, and trying to make it happen.

The Holistic Success Program is a 12-month, cohort Program that takes place virtually, via Zoom.
The cohort (Plenum, the entire cohort) will convene on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. We kick off January 21, the 3rd Tuesday of January, with our Program Orientation. There is only one call in January.
Time: 90-Minute Plenum Sessions (cohort-Wide), 6:00 – 7:30pm PST/9:00 – 10:30pm EST
We will convene via Zoom for Standard Track Plenum Calls and for Leadership Track Calls.
